Tournament Rules
If you are competing in any of the OTLBC Tournaments, please review the information below:
- Matches are best 2 of 3 sets
- Consolation matches are first to 8 games, win by 2, tiebreaker at 8-8
- All players / teams must check in at the tournament desk prior to their scheduled match time. Players / teams will have a 15 minute period after their match is called (no earlier than the scheduled match time) to check in. If the player or team does not check in they will be disqualified. Grace time may be granted at the discretion of the Tournament Chairman if the player / team contacts the tournament desk in advance of disqualification.
- Results of matches must be immediately reported to the tournament desk by the winning player /team
- The losing player / team keeps the match balls

Intermediate Tournament Eligibility
You are NOT eligible for the Intermediate Championship if:
1. You play in the OTLBC Monday night "A League"
2. You play in the OTLBC Interclub "A Team" (plays Wednesday
nights)
3. You have won the OTLBC Intermediate tournament in the past 3
years (i.e. 2010, 2009 or 2008) - this is event specific. Note
for doubles, no team can enter if BOTH players have won in the
past 3 years (a team may have at most one winner from the past 3
years)
The Club Pro will make any final call on the player's level and
eligibility for the Intermediate tournament
