•  $10 +HST per person (singles or doubles). Balls are provided. (EXCEPTION. 2025 Womens Doubles is $35 +HST per person. This fee includes minimum 2 matches, balls, food & drink on Monday night, swag bag, prize for winners.)
• Players must indiate their playing level according to the Tennis Canada Self Rating Guide (English / French)
  • ​This assists the Volunteer coordinator to place you in the appropriate category, INTERMEDIATE or CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
• Schedule
  • Weekdays: Games are scheduled between 5:15PM and 9:45PM
  • Weekends: Games are scheduled between 9:00AM and 6:00 PM
  • Inital rounds are played on Courts 13-18 (Back Courts).
  • Semi-final and final matches are played on Courts 10-12 (Front Courts)
• Players are responsible for calls on their side of the net, and the opposing player/team must accept their decision. If there is any doubt, normal etiquette is to give the opponent the benefit of the doubt. Players should avoid replaying a point, though this is an option if both sides agree.  

• A Single knock-out format. There will not be any consolation rounds.​
• All matches(except semis, and finals) will be a pro set of first to 8 games, winning by two (2) games.
  • If the score reaches 7-7, a regular tiebreak is played. The winner being the first to reach 7 points, winning by 2 points.
• Semi-final and final matches will be best two out of three sets.
  • If tied at one set each, the third set will be a “super tiebreak”, the winner is the first to reach 10 points, winning by 2 points.
