Red
Cross Swim Preschool
Red Cross Swim Preschool is designed for our youngest
members aged four to six months up to five years.
The program consists of seven levels, each represented by
an animal mascot: Starfish, Duck, Sea Turtle, Salamander,
Sunfish, Crocodile, and Whale.
The first two levels focus on water orientation and
safety for parents and their children. Levels 3-7 build
swimming skills and age-specific Water Safety. Parents
are encouraged to participate with their children for
levels 1 - 3. However, the levels can be taught without
a parent, in a private lesson.

AquaAdults
AquaAdults is targeted at adults and adolescents
interested in learning to swim or improving swimming
skills. The program is divided in to three stages based on
swimming ability: basic swimming skills, swimming strokes,
and lifetimes swimming fitness.
Progress in AquaAdults is evaluated based on
goals set by each swimmer. Participants can also choose
to work towards Red Cross Swim Levels.
For more specific information
about each of the Red Cross Swim Levels, please ask
one of our lifeguards or contact the front desk at the
club. We can even help swimmers who have never taken a
Red Cross program find the level that best suits them!
AquaFit
AquaFit is coming soon to the OTLBC pool. Check back
soon for details.
