Summer Camp

Our campers develop new friendships, new skills, and create memories to last a lifetime. We provide great tennis instruction while promoting physical fitness and self-confidence. All of our camp counsellors make it a priority to create an environment that is safe, fun and supportive while promoting participation, skill development and fair play. Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Pre- and post-care options are available. Pre-care runs from 8:00am - 9:00am and Post-care runs from 3:30 - 5:00pm. CIT Program

The OTLBC’s Counsellor in Training (CIT) program has been designed for individuals ages 14+ looking to develop the skills and leadership to become successful camp counsellors. The program will allow CIT’s to work in the camp environment, taking on a measure of responsibility and acquiring leadership skills under the instruction of our CIT Coordinator and Camp Director. CIT’s will take part in the standard camp week for a period of three weeks and have an opportunity to implement the skills they have worked on during orientation and instructional sessions.

Many individuals who have completed our CIT program have gone on to become full Tennis Camp Counsellors, both at the OTLBC and other clubs. Read More

Registration Terms

Registration is non-refundable, except for medical reasons. A doctor’s injury-specific letter is required, and a $35 cancellation fee will be applied. Refunds will be paid by cheque, not to a credit card, within two weeks from the date the refund was requested. Transfers between weeks are permitted if space allows.

Covid 19 summer camp refund policy:

All camp refunds will be paid by cheque, not to credit card, and take approximately two weeks from the date of the request to process. All cheques will be mailed. For full refunds: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the start of camp, or a medical note must be provided. Cancellations within 14 days will receive a 50% refund. A $35 administration fee is applied to all refunds. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations after your registered camp week has started.
