The OTLBC’s Leader in Training (LIT) program offers individuals ages 14 to 16 a real-life opportunity to learn about the business world and how they can play a successful role within it. LIT’s work alongside the summer camp, execute lesson plans, gain experience in marketing and hospitality, and take part in exercises such as mock interviews and resume writing.  In addition participants will undertake essential training courses to equip them for future careers, e.g. WHMIS, Worker health and safety awareness in four steps, and more.

Through role playing and real-life work, the LIT program prepares young people to respond to situations and opportunities in the workplace, and to play a leadership role in the real world.
