Waitlist information when registration is full 
Please login to your OTLBC account and select "register for junior programs" to add your child to the waitlist. 
We will reach out to members on the waitlist if we are able to accommodate more registrations.
Refund Policy: Registrations are non-refundable, except for medical reasons. An official letter from a medical professional is required, and a $40 cancellation fee will be applied. Eligible refunds will be in the form of Club credits only.

When signing up for the after school program, you are committing to the scheduled dates and the rain dates (if required). No refunds will be provided for scheduled rain dates.
