- Description: Hit balls, get your sweat on, meet new people and find your zen!
- Note: Join us both on the court and in our Wellness Room to make sure you're ready for the tennis season. We'll be running cardio based tennis hitting sessions with our qualified coaches (you'll hit a ton of balls and get a sweat on) with yoga to stay flexible. Within the tennis sessions, you'll both be on the court hitting balls and getting your heart up and off the court doing dryland training drills geared to build tennis specific strength, power and agility.
